David and James Pirouet have been in the business of supplying fresh fish since 1978. Based in Southampton, we source our fish from all along the south coast but primarily from Brixham in Devon.

We specialise in fresh fish and shellfish (including live Lobster and Crab) to the Chinese communities of the south of England. We supply to both restaurants / takeaways and groups, such as Chinese Scholar & Student Associations.

A new aspect of our business is the import of state of the art Lobster holding tanks for restaurants from Belgium. We collect, deliver and install at our customers' premises at direct from the factory prices.
